How Much Time will it take to become a Personal Trainer?

If you want to become a personal trainer in North Shore or anywhere else in the world, you need to dedicate some time for getting the desired qualification. Depending on the type of service you want to offer and the time you can spare, you can choose from various types of courses. The time that will be taken varies with the course. In this blog post, we have discussed about the different types of personal training courses and the time it will take to complete.

Short term courses

If you want to stick to one or two exercises for your training session, you can enrol yourself in some short term courses. These will take a few days to complete. You can opt for indoor cycling certification or any other exercise.

Medium range courses

These courses will provide you with options of training a vast range of exercises. The time taken to complete such a course can be anywhere from one year to three years. Long term courses

If your goal is to get an associate degree from recognized organizations, you have to dedicate your full time in studying. The courses offered are mostly full time two year course and there are many eligibility criteria which you need to fulfil. Some courses require you to have a prior certification. The minimum age requirement is 18 years for these long term extensive courses.
