Better physical health of the brain translates to improved performance of the brain. Physical fitness also improves the attendance in class or work place which is directly connected to the performance of a person. It also reduces the school and college drop-out rates and makes the person more socially connected.

Regular fitness training boosts up the morale of a person. It fills up the person with high self esteem and confidence. This is the reason why companies and educational institutions are focussing so much on the physical health of its employees and students respectively.
